LOG-IN INFORMATION: Online and App Log in is same information.
- AT FIRST LOGIN THE USER ID IS THEIR PREVIOUS ONLINE BANKING LOGIN ID AND THE PASSWORD IS THE LAST 6 OF THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDERS SSN.
- IF A MEMBER IS TRYING TO USE A PREVIOUSLY BOOKMARKED PAGE, THEY WILL NEED TO GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO ACCESS THE NEW LOGIN PAGE AND BOOKMARK THE NEW SITE URL.
- WHEN A MEMBER IS PROMPTED TO ENTER “CURRENT PASSWORD” AT PASSWORD CHANGE IT WILL BE LAST 6 OF SSN AT FIRST TIME LOG IN. THEN THEY WILL MAKE THEIR OWN PASSWORD.
APP INFORMATION: Online and App Log in is same information
- IF A MEMBER IS USING A TABLET, THEY NEED TO DOWNLOAD OUR NEW TABLET APP TO ACCESS ALL FEATURES OF OUR NEW ONLINE BANKING.
- MEMBERS WILL NOT NEED TO DELETE AND REDOWNLOAD APP.
BILLPAY INFORMATION:
- ALL BILL PAY INFORMATION WILL TRANSFER OVER.
- ANY PRESCHEDULED BILL PAY ITEMS WILL PROCESS DURING DOWNTIME.
E-STATEMENTINFORMATION:
- MEMBERS WILL HAVE TO RE-ENROLL IN ESTATEMENTS. TO DO THIS: CLICK ON A SHARE ON THE ACCOUNTS TAB (CHECKING OR SAVINGS)--CLICK ONLINE STATEMENTS ON THE RIGHT HANDSIDE--ACCEPT TERMS--ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS--STATEMENTS WILL SHOW.
